stained-glass windows

The Cefalù Cathedral’s stained-glass windows are contemporary, created in the 1980s by Palermo artist Michele Canzoneri. There are seventy-two of them: the stained-glass window on the western façade depicts the Last Judgement, those in the nave are dedicated to the Creation and, laterally, to the acts of Saints Peter and Paul are represented.
When we reach the apse, we can also see the large stained-glass window depicting the Transfiguration, located in the single-lancet window of the apsidal basin.
